Will this email our clients automatically?

We use QuickBooks, Xero, Karbon, Canopy, or plain spreadsheets. Does that matter?
The workflow runs on your email plus wherever you track missing items today, even if that is a spreadsheet. Practice-management integrations go on the roadmap. They are not required to start.
Is our client data safe?
It stays in your accounts. We work with scoped, documented access and remove it when the engagement ends. You get a written record of what the system can and cannot touch.
